So this was a little experiment where I used a gym towel to cover the machine at the gym and I pushed myself really quite a bit hard than I did without looking, 60 minutes on the arc trainer. I will admit I did look at the clock a few times, I couldn’t resist. The resist increases for 3 minutes a time, it kind of mimics going up hills. Anyway good news is this cancelled out my breakfast and lunch combined! I made some breaded fish for dinner and some asparagus. Had a little quinoa basil salad. Anyway going to push hard this weekend hopefully get below 253.0 to a new all time low!
