Right before the Long trail I weighed 253 so we are almost back to that. Tomorrow I am going to do a double workout again, an hour of cardio and an hour of kickboxing. Hopefully I will burn about 1400-1600 calories.
I did meet a friend for Indian food and ate way more than I should today. It wasn’t too bad but going to have to do some work.
Did some clean and jerks at personal training and it was a lot of fun. I have to work with the bar more. I think it will be handy getting my chest and arms in better shape for the spartan race.
Going to really lock down the food tomorrow and make sure we are going to get back on track. I am debating on weighing myself on Friday to see if I am at a new low. I should probably just weight until Wednesday, probably won’t but I will report in if I do.
