Dinner and Evening Workout

Kickboxing went well, it was a small class which I always love. Kickboxing is a great class but last Monday I did a 5:30am class and only burned 550 calories. I think it was mostly because it was 5:30am.

Liz made a Tomato, Black bean, Corn, Avocado, Red Onion salad, we had it with grilled chicken, and cauliflower rice. It is kind of like a burrito bowl. Tomorrow we try overnight oatmeal for breakfast! Stay tuned!
