Breakfast/going to personal training

Apple cinnamon overnight oats, it was really easy! I peeled and cut up an apple mixed in a sprinkle of cinnamon and put it in the microwave for 90 seconds stir 90 more seconds. Helps the apples soften which I prefer. Mix that with 1/2 cup of oatmeal, and 1 cup of skim milk (this might be too much milk) it was a little soupy. Hey it’s day 1 gotta do a little tinkering. I also added 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten it up. Overall pretty good! I used whole milk for this one because that’s all we had in the house. I had a banana with this and it has 515 calories! Trying to incorporate more plant based foods into the diet. The good thing about this breakfast is it is super easy in the morning, take the bowl out of the refrigerator and into the microwave.
