First Workout and Breakfast

Had a good workout today, this is one of two workouts I am going to do today. Had eggs and hash browns for breakfast with a little ketchup that came in at 559 calories.

Going to have an everything bagel with turkey lots of veggies and mustard no cheese, runs about 445 calories.

I have a protein shake an apple for a snack, and then chicken, Southwest black bean salad and cauliflower rice, it’s like a burrito bowl.

Going to kickboxing tonight as well, gotta get back on track after yesterday’s Christmas binge.
